Word Online is an official Microsoft Webpage that puts the famous Word processor in the cloud with the same functionality as the desktop version - and free.
Accessing Word Online is as easy as going to Office.com and creating an Outlook or Hotmail account. Next, you can start working with documents that you can create and edit online, and you can save directly to the cloud in OneDrive.
Using Word Online, you can open new blank documents, or edit default templates for cover letters, CVs, calendars, party menus and more.
A great application for this online service is that you can access your contacts, mail and calendar from the Outlook toolbar, and open other applications like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and one note.
