7 Taskbar Tweaker
One of the main news in the Windows 7 Seven Interface is a new taskbar, with shortcuts and groups of windows in the same place.
7 Taskbar tearcart is a free application for Windows 7. This does not allow you to change the taskbar settings so that it does not use solid lines and menus.
