PyMOL

Pimple is a complex tool designed for scientific professionals who need to know the molecular structure of different substances.

The application is very complete, open source and not suitable for beginners.

The program allows for a large number of activities, including: joining and pulling of molecules, arbitrary selection of atoms, providing high quality images, etc.

You can use GEII and the command line together to work with Pyml. You have access to many configuration options from the app's menu: zoom, labeling, coloring, and more.

One of the most interesting features of this utility is the ability to create movies from the movement of charged molecular structures in the program.

If you perform a task too often, Pimple supports scripts to avoid repeating the same steps over and over again.

Pimeol’s rendering functionality uses ‘built-in ray’ technology that provides a sense of shadow and depth to virtually fragrant scenes. Output format of Pimple IS PNG.
